1. Decide that a subscription to the Times website is a 'nice to have' rather than an essential. Age of austerity and all that.
2. Look for My Account so I can see my details and stop my subscription.
3. Not there. Strange. Look for a link saying Unsubscribe, easily visible from every page.
4. Oh, not there either. Click on Help.
5. No mention of unsubscribing. Click on FAQs in the footer.
6. Nope. Click on Terms and Conditions.
7. Right at the bottom it says go to Contact Us. Click on Contact Us.
8. Go to email and send a message to help@timesplus.co.uk asking to unsubscribe.
9. Receive a message from a friendly human agreeing to do so. What could be simpler?
And I'll throw in step 10 for free - sit back and wait for 50 people to reply to this post and say how obvious it is and how they did it straight away...
